Refund policy

Version of 6 September 2026. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

In one sentence

If Kutavo is not for you, your first month is refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as you have not used more than one hour of footage.

Right of withdrawal

Under the French Consumer Code, a consumer has 14 days from subscribing to withdraw. By subscribing, the customer expressly asks that the service start before the end of that period. If they withdraw after using the service, an amount proportional to the use may be withheld; beyond one hour of footage processed, the first month is considered used.

Renewals

Following months are not refundable, since the subscription can be cancelled at any time from the account, effective at the end of the paid period. A renewal charged by mistake after an effective cancellation is refunded in full.

Outage on our side

If the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours through our fault during a paid period, the customer may ask for a prorated refund of that period.

How to ask

From the contact page, with the e-mail address of the Paddle receipt and the purchase date. The refund is executed by Paddle, our authorised reseller, to the original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank.
