Refund policy

Version of 12 September 2026. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

In one sentence

If Kutavo is not for you, your first month is refunded within 14 days of the first charge, no questions asked, minus what you have used.

Right of withdrawal

Under the French Consumer Code, a consumer has 14 days from the first charge to withdraw. By subscribing, the customer expressly asks, by ticking the box provided at checkout, that the service start before the end of that period. If they withdraw after using the service, an amount proportional to the use is withheld: the share of counters used (footage minutes, edited videos, edits, custom designs, voice minutes, animated images) relative to the plan's monthly volume, applied to the month's price.

Renewals

Following months are not refundable, since the subscription can be cancelled at any time from the account, effective at the end of the paid period. A renewal charged by mistake after an effective cancellation is refunded in full.

Outage on our side

If the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours through our fault during a paid period, the customer may ask for a prorated refund of that period.

From the contact page, with the e-mail address of your subscription and the purchase date. The refund is issued to the original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank.
